Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WonderFunnel platform and website operated by WonderFunnel B.V. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

WonderFunnel provides a recruitment intelligence platform that helps talent teams build Ideal Candidate Profiles, manage hiring pipelines, and generate insights from candidate data. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

2. Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised access to your account
• Each subscription covers the number of users specified in your plan

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Upload candidate data without a lawful basis for processing under GDPR
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without written permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that disrupts the service

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription plans

Access to WonderFunnel requires a paid subscription. Plan details, pricing, and included features are described on our Pricing page.

Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• All prices are exclusive of VAT; applicable VAT is added at checkout

Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period
• We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods
• Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase are eligible for a full refund

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. When you upload candidate data to WonderFunnel, you warrant that you have a lawful basis for processing that data and that candidates have been informed appropriately. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.

6. Intellectual Property

WonderFunnel and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, algorithms, design, and documentation. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. By uploading data, you grant WonderFunnel a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the service.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party and to use it only in connection with the service. This obligation survives termination of these Terms for a period of 3 years.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide the service “as is” and make no warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. WonderFunnel's AI-generated insights are advisory only and should not replace professional judgement in hiring decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WonderFunnel's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
